Welcome to the new home for Shimmy to be Fit.  A website dedicated to the pursuit of happiness - aka DANCING - and healthy living.

My name is Jennifer and I would love to get to know you but first a little about me.  

I am an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition and Wellness Coach.  I am also ever a student of Middle Eastern Dance (aka Belly Dance).  I would love the opportunity to share my dance with you so that it can be YOUR dance too.  Belly Dance is a great low impact cardio activity that gets your blood pumping and your heart working.
